Changing from your current registrar to SQA is a very
simple matter involving a three-step process:

Contact Us. One of our representatives will call
you and confirm the information we need to provide you with a quotation.

Your assigned auditor will review:
 |
Your current certificate
|
|
|
Initial certification audit report
|
|
|
Last two surveillance audit reports (if applicable)
|
|
|
Any open nonconformities (if applicable)
|
|
|
|
New certificates from SQA will be issued to you.
SQA will continue with your existing surveillance schedule.
